Seems like everyone wanted a piece of the action. <br />I just LOVE seeing silent films on the big screen. I don;t know why-I hav...I always liked Ruth Roland. I don;t know why-I have yet to see any of her pictures. I have read about her and always felt she was taken way too soon. I did not know about the coloured film-I didn;t realize it could be that early. I knew that each frame could be tinted-they did that and one of Douglas Fairbanks Snr's films had some sequences in colour(The Black Pirate??) but boy it would be neat to see that film. Is it lost? I hope not. Oh and my friend got tickets to see the silent Joan of Arc with Falconetti. It is in connection with Rochester and the Niagara Chorus will be accompanying the film-I can't wait!!!!
